Our fitness facility in Ronkonkoma is looking to enhance our staff. While having direct past work experience in a health club(s) is preferred, it is not necessary. In either case, must truly live and believe in a health and fitness lifestyle. We are a friendly, family Environment with room for expansion.
Looking for someone who:
- Must be available weekdays during the mid- morning, and weekend afternoons.
- Greet our members with enthusiasm and a nice smile
- Has a pleasant outgoing personality
- Tour potential members around the club with the goal of signing up the person for a membership
- Has their own reliable transportation
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner
- Execute all opening/closing operational procedures
- Is responsible and always punctual
- Willing to cover shifts and be a team player
- Handle members requests and concerns immediately.
- Actively participate in ensuring the club is spotless including cleaning, disinfecting machines/ counters, and vacuuming.
- Follow policy’s and procedures in regards to Covid
- Must be available to work mid shift.
- Must be available to work weekends
