Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving new business through cold calling and prospecting. The candidate will be required to make 100 dials a day to potential clients. This position is office-based, with opportunities for in-field work to meet clients and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

- Identify new business opportunities by cold calling and prospecting potential clients.

- Make a minimum of 100 dials per day to leads generated by the company and build a sales pipeline.

- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to present products/services.

- Work closely with the sales team to achieve company revenue targets and goals.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software.

- Report to the office daily for meetings, updates, and administrative tasks.

- Participate in field work, including client visits and networking events.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure.

- Strong cold-calling and prospecting abilities.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Comfortable with in-office work and occasional field work.

- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office suite.

- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field work.

Preferred:

- Sales experience is a plus.

Compensation: Base salary plus commission.
