The Opportunity:
We are actively seeking a Restoration Materials Sales Professional with a robust understanding of the New York Metro market and strong connections within the architectural, engineering, and restoration communities. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about the preservation of historic buildings.
Your Role:
Join our team to preserve and enhance New York City's historical architecture. As a Restoration Materials Sales Professional, you will:
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, focusing on strategic partnerships rather than transactional sales.
Leverage both our extensive database and your professional network to fully penetrate the market.
Conduct site visits and pre-bid surveys and match our solutions to the client’s needs.
Maintain an expert understanding of our product & service offerings, relevant industry products, and the overall installation
process.
Who You Are:
You have at least five years' experience in sales, specifically with construction materials related to masonry and facade
restoration.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Proficient in digital tools, blueprint reading, problem-solving, and time management.
Required certifications include OSHA 10-hour and NYC DOB Supported Scaffold Card (we provide support for certification).
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as this position involves local travel.
