The inside sales rep role involves contacting our target markets which consists of mainly hotels to introduce new HVAC related energy rebate incentive programs available through our regional utility partners. These generous rebate programs are helping commercial facilities such as hotels subsidize the cost to update their old HVAC equipment to new energy efficient models to save money on energy. The sales conversion rate is over 75% because of these excellent programs which help these properties save money on energy and get paid to do it. It's a winning formula for everyone. If you believe you are good in phone sales, you will prosper in this role almost immediately. We will get you off the ground quickly with product training and provide you with 100% support.
Our preferred candidate for this role must have some experience doing telephone sales either on the retail or commercial side and must be high energy with a positive attitude only. They must have good sales skills which includes prospecting, qualifying, follow-up and of course being able to close the sales. Product training will be provided but you must bring your own sharp selling skills. Basic office skills are also required including experience using MS Word and MS Outlook.
Part Time hours available are Monday-Friday from 10am-1pm or 2pm-5pm. Non-Smokers only please. We will pay an hourly base of $25 plus a bonus will be paid out for every sale booked through the sponsor rebate program which on average is $500 per sale but could be even more in many cases.
