Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Go-To Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our dog training services to potential customers. If you have a passion for dogs and a knack for sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including email, calls and texts through company phone, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct sales presentations, meet & greets and demonstrations of our training programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and owner to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
- Be proficient in computers and ability to learn our scheduling software
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pet industry or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for dogs and dog training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
