Our Roofing and Insulation company is seeking energetic and persuasive individuals to join our team as door-to-door canvassers. If you enjoy engaging with people and have a knack for sales, this opportunity is perfect for you! We are a PSEG partner so we offer a free PSEG energy assessment to each homeowner, which makes it easy to set appointments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned neighborhoods to generate leads and set appointments
Educate homeowners about our top-quality roofing and insulation services
Distribute promotional materials and collect contact information from interested prospects
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments set
Collaborate with our sales manager to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads/appointments
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in approaching and engaging with strangers
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Neat and Professional appearance, we will provide logo'd shirts
Well spoken
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing is a plus
Reliable transportation is required
