Our solar experts typically work a schedule of M-F from 2-8. Saturday 10-2.
You will be trained from being a beginner to being an expert in solar and sales.
First you learn to set quality appointments for a closer to go and finalize the sale. Setter commissions are based on the kW size of the system and are usually from $1,500 to $4,000 per deal. Earning potential for a setter hitting standards could expect to make over 5k a week.
After you learn how to set quality appointments for a closer you will be able to close your own deals. Deals that are set and closed personally usually net you a commission of $4,000 - $8,000 per deal.
Earning potential increases after closing on your own, if you have mastered selling and we see leadership potential in you, you may have the opportunity to run your own team.
When starting you will get paid on a lead structure weekly that are not tied to your commissions. (8 Weeks, $720/Week)
