Commission-Only B2B Sales — Security Cameras / Alarms / Access Control
Pay: $75 per kept & qualified appointment + 10% total on closed deals
Examples: $1,500 job = $150 to you ($75 bounty + $75); $2,500 job = $250 ($75 + $175)
Who we are: CSI Security — 20+ years in NY. We design/install CCTV, alarms, access control, and structured cabling for small businesses (restaurants, retail, clinics, warehouses).
Your role: Hunt locally, book qualified site visits with the decision maker (owner/GM). Our owner (20+ yrs experience) does the site survey and custom quote. You follow up to close & schedule.
We provide: training, talk tracks, qualifying checklist, calendar slots, proposals, references, marketing support.
You bring: hunter mindset, clear communication, comfort walking in and calling owners, reliable transport. B2B field sales preferred.
Qualified appointment = decision maker present, real need, budget/timeline (≤30 days), likely ticket ≥ $1,500, address confirmed.
When paid: $75 bounty after kept/qualified; commission when payment clears. 1099.
Territory: Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn.
