This role will primarily focus on monitoring security systems, maintaining surveillance cameras, and preventing theft and loss. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to security management.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Surveillance & Camera Monitoring:
-Monitor live security camera feeds in real-time to detect suspicious activities.
-Ensure that all cameras are functioning properly and report any technical issues to management.
-Review recorded footage and assist in investigations as needed.
2.Loss Prevention:
-Identify and report potential theft or fraudulent activities.
-Work closely with management to ensure that all loss prevention procedures are followed.
3.Incident Reporting:
-Document all security-related incidents, including theft, vandalism, or security breaches.
-Prepare incident reports and collaborate with law enforcement or other authorities when required.
4.Collaboration with Management:
-Work closely with the Loss Prevention and Store Management teams to implement security protocols and training.
-Provide feedback and suggestions to improve loss prevention and security measures.
5.Other Duties:
-Assist with other office or store security-related tasks as needed.
-Stay updated on the latest security technologies and trends to improve overall security efforts.
Qualifications:
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
-Previous experience preferred
