Warehouse Order Processor Administrator

We are searching for a Warehouse Administrator who is dedicated, detail-oriented and has a minimum of two years of experience in accurately and timely processing orders, coordinating shipments, and maintaining inventory records. The ideal candidate should be able to manage small warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy. They must review and verify incoming customer orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures. The candidate must possess strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and completeness. Additionally, they should be able to prepare shipping labels and packing slips and efficiently pick items for outgoing orders.

Experience:

- Checking customer orders to ensure they are complete and accurate before processing them.

- Entering orders into the inventory management system, verifying product codes, quantities, and pricing information.

- Communicating delivery times to customers and keeping them updated on the status of their orders.

- Preparing shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation for outgoing orders.

- Efficiently picking items from the warehouse and confirming that they match the order specifications.

- Recording item codes and updating order status in the inventory management system.

- Packing items in appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe transport.

- Conducting regular quality checks on packed orders to ensure accuracy.

- Assisting in resolving order discrepancies, such as shortages, damages, or incorrect items.

- Keeping accurate records of order processing activities and inventory adjustments.

- Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance order processing efficiency and accuracy.

Skills:

- Able to use inventory management software, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure order accuracy and completeness.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Physical stamina and dexterity for handling heavy materials and operating equipment.

- Able to lift 50 lbs

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a warehouse environment.

- Problem-solving skills to address order-related issues and resolve customer inquiries.

Schedule:

7 to 8-hour shift, full-time position

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30 pm

Pay: $16.00 to $20 based on experience

Paid Holidays after six months of employment
