Learning and teaching is part of the game - we would LOVE to help you grow your skill set. Job in a wholesale position- selling our products to other retail stores. It includes register use, working with customers, hands-on creative projects. In addition to selling products by phone and online, you will analyze sales statistics, prepare reports, and file expense accounts, schedule appointments, and make travel plans. The selected candidate will join our in-house Sales Team to promote and sells products to customers on behalf of Ben's Garden. You will pitch products to potential customers, identift potential new markets and new customers, present new ones to existing customers, maintain existing customer accounts, and ensures a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

-Process-driven sales and marketing skills

-Product knowledge. When you have an in-depth understanding of the product you're trying to sell, you can present an accurate picture of the benefits it provides to prospects.

-Teaching ability.

-Closing.

-Time management.

-Prospecting.

-Persuasiveness.

-Empathy.

-Active listening.

Our successful sales person, will be strong on the phone to get your foot in the door at a client and then strong in meetings to ultimately close a deal. But - most importantly of all – they'll need excellent communication skills to recognize the individual characteristics and needs of your clients.
