CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Full-time construction manager for work on Eastern Long Island (from Westhampton to Montauk), western Suffolk and northern Nassau. Duties include management of construction projects, hiring and meetings with contractors, subcontractors and architects, review and negotiation of relevant agreements; Ability to prepare and manage budgets and project timeframes; Must have knowledge of local building codes, understand architectural plans and blueprints, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Share Point. Travel from site to site. At least 1 year of training and 1 year of experience, must speak English and Spanish. Email resume.
