About the role
We are looking for an operations associate to join our rapidly growing dental laboratory. The shipping associate is a critical contributor to our goal of providing a superior experience to our dental practice clients. Through patience, understanding, teamwork and strong problem solving skills, you will resolve issues and learn to escalate them to senior team members where necessary.

What you’ll do
● Unpack and stage inbound shipments
● Pack and prepare outbound shipments
● Inform clients of shipment delays
● Learn to escalate issues or concerns to senior team members
What we’re looking for
● 1-3 years of experience with warehousing or fulfillment activities
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
● Capable problem solver
● Ability to work with others
