Position: Front Desk Office Assistant
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 9:30-5:00pm
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Job responsibilities include:
Greeting and Directing Visitors
Managing incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the correct individuals
Maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and confirming appointments
Sorting and distributing mail, managing faxes, and potentially handling other forms of communication
Ad hoc clerical duties may include tasks like data entry, filing, making copies, and ordering supplies
