Position Overview: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Aviation Parts Purchasing / Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our inventory of aircraft parts and supplies, ensuring our fleet remains operational and meets the rigorous standards of safety and performance Liberty Jet Management is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing aircraft parts and supplies.

Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure all items are accounted for and properly documented.

Coordinate with maintenance and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of required parts for aircraft maintenance and repairs.

Utilize inventory management software to track parts usage, reorder points, and generate reports.

Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies regarding parts handling and documentation.

Assist in developing and improving inventory management procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in aviation management or a related field is a plus.

Previous experience in aviation parts inventory management or a similar role is highly preferred.

Familiarity with FAA regulations and standards pertaining to aircraft parts and inventory management is a benefit

Proficient in using inventory management / work order software.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.

Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
