Home improvement company is looking for someone to work part time in the office.
Construction experience a plus. Office experience a must. Excell and QuickBooks knowledge a plus.
Job duties are, but not limited to: Talking with new and existing customers, Communicating and scheduling with sub-contractors, talking with architects and building departments, my schedule, answering the phone and setting up appointments for estimates, typing and emailing proposals, calling to follow up on sent proposals, filing, keeping track of payments and bills that are due.
Hours are Monday through Friday 9:30 AM-2:30 PM
Pay is $17-$20 per hour, depending on experience
