Christensen’s Plumbing Heating & AC is a small but growing plumbing company dedicated to providing top-quality service to our customers. We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator/Dispatcher to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.

Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians for service calls efficiently.

Coordinate job assignments and ensure technicians have necessary job details.

Maintain accurate records of customer information, job progress, and invoices.

Process work orders, estimates, and invoices using company software.

Assist with general office tasks, including data entry, filing, and ordering supplies.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and following up on jobs.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration, dispatching, or a similar role (preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using scheduling software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and other office tools.

Ability to remain calm and problem-solve under pressure.

Knowledge of the plumbing or home service industry is a plus but not required.
