We are looking for a Full-Time Bookkeeper with a minimum 5 years of experience. We are looking for someone who is efficient, highly detailed oriented and dedicated to accuracy. The ideal candidate has strong data entry skills, proficient in Excel and Quickbooks and is highly organized. Prior law firm experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
The Bookkeeper will focus on day to day accounting tasks such as ensuring transactions are properly categorized, preparing financial reports, preparing journal and general ledger entries, and payroll
The Bookkeeper will:
Entering and categorizing transactions
Reviewing expense reports
Oversee Accounts Payable
Post AP/Posting AR to QuickBooks
Post adjusting Journal Entries
Conduct Bank Account Reconciliations
File & Maintain Filing Systems
Ensure Accuracy of Cash Disbursements
Process Credit Card Postings
Skills and Qualifications
QuickBooks
At least 3-5 year of experience
Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance Preferred
At least 3-5 years of accounting experience required
o Payroll Experience
o Ideal candidate will be self driven
