Job Purpose:
To provide on-site administrative support to the home health aide training program.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist applicants in the completion of required paperwork
Manage financial aspects of the training including receipt of payments, bank deposits, student refunds
Assist the teachers with classroom set up, test grading and tasks as requested
Perform required data entry into HCR for all classes
Answer phone inquiries
Coordinate class schedules with teachers and students
Recruit potential trainees through job fairs and ad placement
Complete initial paperwork and screening of potential students
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain adequate supply inventory
Maintain professional atmosphere
Other tasks as assigned by Nevvon management
