Shopping Cart Repair Company Shopping Cart Maintenance & Repair Foreman FULL-TIME $19/hr Bethpage NY, Bethpage, NY 11714 - Repair and maintain equipment, including straightening frames, inspecting and replacing wheels, and performing MIG welding (training provided). - Move and turn carts of varying weights as needed. - Supervise technicians and projects at each job site, ensuring service tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. - Travel three weeks per month in a company vehicle, with no weekend work required. Schedule - Shift start: 4:00AM - Shift length: Based on route - Days: Monday - Friday, No weekends! Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 90 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Basic mechanical skills and an interest in hands-on work with tools. - Previous experience in mechanics, repairs, and/or welding preferred but not required. - At least 3 years of employment with a single employer in previous work history. - 1-3 years of prior supervisory experience required. - Ability to speak and read basic English and follow instructions. - Ability to work independently or closely with another person. - Physical stamina, including lifting up to 40 lbs., handling tools, crouching, and bending. - Willingness to work in various weather conditions and travel to different cities. - Valid standard driver's license required. - Must be at least 21+ years old - Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded) - Must pass background check - Can lift 40 lbs
