Job Description: We are seeking PCB Assemblers with experience in through-hole and/or Surface Mount Device (SMD) technology to join our dynamic team. As a PCB Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the precise assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for our state-of-the-art power supply units.
Responsibilities:
Assemble through-hole and surface mount components onto PCBs following engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
Utilize a variety of soldering techniques, including through-hole and surface mount soldering, to assemble PCBs and other electronic assemblies.
Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure components are soldered correctly and meet specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience preferred.
Experience in PCB assembly.
Soldering through-hole and/or surface mount components a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
