The Bulk Material Handler is responsible for correctly adding bulk materials to the line hopper. They must follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and / or Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to ensure the production of high-quality and accurate quantities of products.
7:00AM- 3:30PM Mon-Fri ($17.00)
3:00PM- 11:30PM Mon- Fri ($18.50)
11:00PM- 7:30AM Sunday-Thursday ($20.00)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensures that proper bulk is placed into the line hopper by checking that the label on the outside of the bulk box matches the slat counter tag.
Manual pallet Jack operator
Keeps the hopper full during the job run
Reporting any damaged or inconsistencies in the bulk to the line supervisor
Keep bottle hopper stocked when possible
Help maintenance personnel and perform some housekeeping duties
Help line attendants to keep bottles, caps and cotton supplies adequate
Work in other buildings and/or departments as necessary
Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and cGMPs guidelines
Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Prior manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to write simple correspondence
Basic mathematical skills
Basic ability to read, write and speak English is required to comply with verbal directions, signs, policies and procedures.
