Learning and teaching is part of the game - we would LOVE to help you grow your skill set. As a Photo Retoucher, you enhance photos with computer software, such as Adobe Photoshop. Enhancements may include removing blemishes, adjusting colors or brightness, changing backgrounds in the images, and anything else that raises the quality of the image for the client. Job includes a lot of retouching and graphic design to begin; all following establish Company process and expectations. We are hiring to grow our Team stronger; high-quality work consistency, eager to help and make happy customers is the name of the game.
Non-negotiables:
-Must have extensive Adobe suite experience and demonstrate it
-Excellent communication skills for within the Company and also to speak with clients directly
-Excellent problem solving skills
-A expectation for high-quality work
-Familiar with Macs
A Plus:
-Experience with retouching family photography and color sensitive artwork. Excellent judgement here is key
-Show initiative to help the Creative Team with more design projects
-A extremely positive attitude
-Customer satisfaction is the only goal
-Job can easily transition to full time.
