Overview:
We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and showcase your creativity.
Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create design concepts and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite
- Utilize Sketchup, Chief architect, Lumion for 3D modeling and space planning
- Incorporate lighting design principles to enhance interiors
- Assist in sales efforts by presenting design proposals to clients
- Manage project budgets effectively
- Utilize Cad, Chief Architect, Revit for drafting and modeling tasks
- Contribute to remodeling and renovation projects
- Implement Adobe software for graphic design tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, CAD, and Revit
- Strong sales skills with the ability to pitch design ideas effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting principles in interior design projects
- Experience in remodeling and renovation projects is a plus
- Familiarity with project management software for project documentation is advantageous
