### Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads.
- Present and explain products/services to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information for follow-up.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Continuously improve knowledge of products/services to effectively address customer needs.

### Qualifications
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage customers.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (preferred).
