Assist in the development and lead the flawless execution of integrated marketing programs that fuel the growth of both our franchise system and the corporate brand.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing multi-channel campaigns, building consumer brand awareness and equity, and driving lead acquisition, sales for a growing franchise system and its franchise members.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Plan: Work with individual franchise locations to research and identify target markets
Brand Assets: Governance of brand assets within all marketing channels
Digital Media: Guidance, set-up, creative & message, offer testing, reporting and optimization
Website: update website content, advise on user journey improvements, landing page revisions and updates
Direct Mail: manage and execute flawlessly and on time
Email Marketing: creation of campaigns, adhering to brand guidelines, create and revise content, manage implementation
Other Managerial Support: guide and mentor Marketing subordinates, help guide and set up lead funnel and confirm follow-through of leads, help advise for ad hoc franchisee projects
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing programs while maintaining focus on daily objectives
Proven track record in managing marketing activities across multiple locations and marketing platforms
5 years experience in brand and program marketing management (B2C Direct Response experience critical)
Home sevice industry experience a plus
