Experienced Litigation paralegal needed. Immediate opening. 5 or more years of experience preferred.
Ideal candidate will have knowledge of and experience with plaintiff’s personal injury, medical malpractice and nursing home abuse cases, on both State and Federal Levels
Be able to draft all pleadings, including summons and complaint, responses, demands, No-Fault applications.
E-filing. Work closely with attorneys to make sure all deadlines are complied with.
Communication with the Courts, with insurance carriers and clients. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a huge plus.
Familiarity with Smart Advocate is a huge plus.
