We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury law and be proficient in legal administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with case management from inception to resolution
- Conduct client interviews and maintain communication with clients
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Review and organize medical records and other case-related documents
- Assist in trial preparation and coordination
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and Medical Facilities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Paralegal specializing in personal injury law
- Proficiency in document review and legal drafting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and protocols
- Ability to conduct client interviews with professionalism and empathy
- Familiarity with document management systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
