An established Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Firm is seeking a motivated, ambitious, organized and detail oriented Secretary/Office Assistant in our Long Island office located in Great Neck, NY (on the border of Queens/Nassau County)
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Attorneys and Paralegals, wich will include, but is not limited to:
- Filing and Scanning Records/Files;
- Maintain and Organize Client Files, Documents and Records;
- Answering Phone Calls;
- Obtaining Medical Records From Various Providers.
