An immediate need for Skilled entry atty to remotely assist with drafting and building a file. Tons of work with the possibility of advancement with share in fee for the right candidate. These are flexible positions. This position is 100% unsupervised and it can be conducted on your own schedule, during any hours, or during the weekend.
The right candidate will have worked in Personal injury firms during the evenings or weekends during law school and is familiar with NY personal injury litigation

Atty: At minimum 1-3 experience litigation and drafing experience including complaints to entry of judgment. Substantive SJ motions and oppositions, strong researcher. salary TBD, opportunity for percentage of recovery for right candidate.
THIS IS IDEAL FOR PERSON WITH ALREADY FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT WHO WANTS TO SUPPLEMENT INCOME. THIS POSITION IS NOT TRULY FULL TIME BUT IT CAN GROW TO SAME FOR THE RIGHT PERSON
The practice involves a product defect, medical malpractice, auto, premise, security, nursing home. These are gerat opportunities for the right candidate who can be trusted, is competent and responsible and loyal. Loyalty is key.
