Attorney and Paralegal needed for new law office opening in Baldwin.
Position involves drafting Contracts and Transfer Documents, contacting clients, preparing contracts, reviewing and clearing title reports, and scheduling closings.
Attorneys must also know how to prepare closing statements, calculate tax adjustments and draft Hud-1 Settlement Statements and Trid Statements.
Experience is a must!
