Leading pool company seeking motivated and reliable Pool Technicians, Mechanics, and Service Manager to join our team!
We build, renovate, and service pools and spas, offering a comprehensive range of services to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Perform pool openings and closings.
Provide weekly pool maintenance services, including cleaning, chemicals, and equipment inspection.
Conduct accurate chemical readings and adjust water balance as needed.
Assist in new pool construction projects e.g., plumbing, equipment installation, liner installation, etc
Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.)
Communicate effectively with customers regarding pool conditions and service recommendations.
Qualifications:
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of pool equipment and water chemistry.
Construction knowledge is a plus.
Essential Requirement:
Service Manager must have 5 years+ experience in pool industry.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a MUST.
