Daley Party Rentals is hiring tent installers and helpers for a new season. Ideal candidate is hard working, responsible, and has a positive, fun attitude that can contribute to our team. Pay rate is $18-24/ hour to start, depending on experience. Opportunities to advance and grow as you learn and take on more responsibilities. Driver's pay is extra if you can drive our work truck. We will train the appropriate person, no experience necessary. Must have driver's license to self report to our warehouse in Quogue.
This is a seasonal position. Schedule will be part time in May and move to full time June-September. Typical work schedule is 8-10 hours/day and you will be scheduled 3-4 days a week.
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work through the month of September.
Responsibilities:
Safely install and dismantle tents and other event equipment.
Load and unload equipment before and after events.
Work cooperatively with a team to meet event deadlines.
Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
No experience necessary – we provide on-the-job training!
Reliable transportation to various job sites.
Strong work ethic and punctuality.
Competitive pay, daily rate plus tips and overtime. Extra pay for drivers.
