With a commitment to craftsmanship team work and operational excellence, we're looking to add a skilled mechanic to our in house shop to keep our trucks, landscaping and asphalt equipment operating at their best.
Position Summary-
Were seeking an experienced and dependable mechanic to maintain and repair a variety of equipment, including trucks, trailers and small engines and asphalt machinery. This role is vital to keep our field crews productive and ensuring all equipment is safe and job ready.
Key Responsibilities-
Diagnose and repair trucks, trailers, mowers, compactors, rollers, pavers, and small engine tools (e.g., trimmers, blowers, saws)
Perform scheduled maintenance on all landscaping and asphalt equipment.
Track service logs, repairs and parts inventory.
Prioritize emergency repairs and minimize equipment downtime.
Communicate with operations teams to schedule service and coordinate needs.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe shop environment.
Assist in sourcing and ordering parts and materials as needed.
Qualifications-
3+ years of mechanical experience ( landscaping and asphalt equipment strongly preferred)
Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, diesel and small engine systems.
Ability to diagnose issues independently and manage multiple repairs.
CDL or welding experience is a plus.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to safety.
