Nature’s Guardian Inc. is a well-established Landscape, Plant and Tree Care Company which services the Hamptons area. We are looking for a Turf and IPM technician. Responsibilities for this position will include the proper application of chemical and non-chemical products, keeping within time frames, record keeping, familiarity with various equipment operation. · Candidate must have 2+ years’ experience within the horticultural/landscape industry.
· Must be able to diagnosis, treat and prepare recommendations for lawn care and plant health care.
· Have excellent communication and organizational skills, both verbally and in writing.
· Must possess Pesticide applicators license or be willing to obtain one.
· Familiarity with organic and non-chemical treatments is a PLUS.
· Position includes interaction with clients in a professional manner.
· Secondary education preferred but not necessary.
· Must have a valid, clean driver’s license.
