Grounds/Maintenance Position

This individual with assist our Maintenance manager. Essential job duties include but not limited too: Maintain a safe and clean environment. Inspect and complete routine maintenance and minor repairs. Interact with members and staff in a friendly and welcoming manner. Maintain grounds, and landscaping. Maintain proper use, storage, and placement of equipment. Perform seasonal landscaping. Clean up litter around clubhouse and help with trash removal.Check grounds daily to ensure they are kept neat and clean.
