JOB TITLE : EXPERIENCED Landscaper

REQUIREMENTS:
Social security number required. Job is ON THE BOOKS.
Valid license required no more than four points in last four years.
Solid experience for minimum of 1 year driving commercial trucks daily
Must have at least two (2) full years/seasons of. PROFESSIONAL commercial/residential landscape maintenance. -
Have good skills in week wacking,
Stand on mower use
Hedge trimming.
Available Monday to Saturday
Available any day, any time it snows.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Perform lawn mowing, weeding, hedge trimming, clean ups, mulching, planting and other landscape work. Drive truck when needed and work with landscape crew
-Perform Snow removal any day or time it snows in winter. 15, 20 hrs or more for snow storms. Perform other work in winter when not snowing.
-Start time 5:30 AM or 6 am TO 3 OR 4 PM. (about 10 hrs a day) March - December, 5-6 days a week depending on weather. 50-60 hrs a week in peak season. Possible no lay offs
BENEFITS + COMPENSATION
$18-20 Per hour based on qualifications and experience. Time + a half over time after 40 hours. With over time $1300 a week or more on six days.
Possible Year round with NO LAY OFFS. Possibly Steady work 52 weeks a year even when no snow.
May Work January and February even when no snow.
Room to grow and advancement into crew leader and foreman positions, and over time supervisors
Paid personal time accrues after 1 month. Sick/personal time 5 days per year.
Health insurance paid 2/3rds by company after 90 days.
Company paid dental plan after 90 days
401K with 3% match after 90 days
Paid holiday and vacation pay after one year.
