Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and working closely with managers to identify top talent.
Prepare internal job postings for the company to ensure that all existing employees have the necessary information to apply for open positions.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with external staffing agencies, external recruiters.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate skills by discussing job requirements.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Collaborate with the Human Resources department/hiring managers.
Maintain accurate job descriptions.
Post ads online for staffing needs.
Schedule interviews for each hiring manager.
Background check/drug tests.
