·Oversee the recruiting process: coordinate with Field Managers on open positions, place employment ads, review candidate resumes and conduct interviews.
· Prepare and send offer letters and other benefit details to new employees.
· Ensure that new hire documents are completed accurately.
· Coordinate onboarding for all new hires.
· Complete Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation and I-9 files.
· Conduct compliance audits.
· Create and maintain employee files.
· Coordinate off-boarding of terminating employees. Ensure that all company property is returned.
· Assist with weekly payroll.
Requirements:
· Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
· Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
· Payroll experience a plus.
