Experience
Previous experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with benefits administration and workers' compensation processes.
Proficiency in HR software such as Paylocity or similar platforms is a plus.
Strong interviewing skills and an understanding of talent management practices are desirable.
Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
