HR Manager - Must start immediately - Hicksville
Must have experience with multi-state employees and self funded health plans
Administration and auditing of employee benefit and 401k program
Process enrollments changes, and terminations.
Work with a self-insured health plan, and with the 401k plan recordkeeper.
Process FMLA, ST Dbl., LTD, etc.
Support all recruiting efforts including: conducting interviews, reference checking and employment offer preparation.
Handle EEO-1 reporting, CA Pay Data Reporting, OSHA Log reporting, PCORI tax filing and 1095C processing.
Review all 5500's are filed accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
Experience with computers and software programs including Word, Excel, and HRMS programs or other similar databases.
Experienced in all aspects of a self-funded health benefit plan, including ACA reporting.
