Must be on east coast
Execute a recruitment strategy for designated clinical positions
Campus recruting, direct sourcing, etc.
Leverage technology to source, evaluate, and select top talent
Responsible for a high volume of requisitions with a proven track record of filling roles
Requirements:
BA/BS degree preferred
2+ years in Health Care clinical recruitment or Health Care Talent Acquisition
Allied Health Strongly preferred
Experience with high volume of job requisitions (20+ per week)
Comfortable in a fast paced environment
Salary 30-40/hr
