We are looking for Independent Contractors to help fulfill coverages at Nursing Homes or Out-patient facilities throughout the 5 boroughs and Long Island. Some positions could become permanent.
You must have the following:
PT, OT , or PTA License, Registration, Current Physical within the year, all vaccines, flu shot, PPD, COVID, MMR, TITERS, Resume, Drivers License or photo ID, proof of work authorization. I need all of these documents completed prior to using your services. Please forward your documents to me if you are interested.
I will keep a file with your documents and when a job arises I will contact you.
As an Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes and Professional Liability Insurance.
Rate of pay will be as per your experience and as per job.
