Skilled, caring RN or LPN Caregiver needed ON, weekends to care for adult male patient with G-tube, trach and vent in his family home. May lead to permanent position. Use pulmonary bed, electric hoyer lift, power chair, food pump, ventilator and cough assist machine (will train). 3 References required from recent employers/homecare patients, must be comfortable with a good dog, non-smoker and have NPI# and ETIN#
