9am-9pm (Monday-Wednesday)
9am-4pm (Thursday)
9am-9pm (Friday)
9am-4pm (Saturday)

Roles and Responsibilities
Greeting patients
Obtaining/verifying insurance information
Providing patients with forms, office policies, and legal documents (as needed)
Managing multiple phone lines by directing calls and scheduling appointments
Preparing daily encounters based on scheduled appointments
Contacting patients to remind them of services due
Processing payments and co-payments
Scanning and organizing pertinent files
Obtaining prior authorizations and referrals as needed
Required Skills:
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Efficient problem-solving and organizational skills
Quick adaptability to new technology
Effective prioritization of tasks in a fast-paced environment; multitasking skills
Preferred Experience:
Bilingual (English, Polish, Spanish, Ukrainian)
Experience in a primary/urgent care setting (or comparable)
Associate degree
Basic knowledge of medical terminology
Preferred – proficiency in Allscripts® proEHR™ (or comparable EHR software)
