Hiring Childcare Workers that will provide direct care and supervision for youth in a safe and supportive setting. This position goes beyond traditional childcare and focuses on trauma-informed care, emotional regulation, and positive behavior support.

Full-time opportunities, $17.50-$18.50/hr

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct care and supervision in a safe, positive environment

Use trauma-informed approaches to support emotional and social development

Engage youth in daily routines, activities, and recreational programs

Model healthy coping strategies and positive behavior

Collaborate with staff and community partners

Maintain documentation and follow organizational policies

Qualifications

Previous experience working with youth (especially trauma-impacted youth preferred)

Strong communication, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations

Preferred but not required:

CPR / First Aid Certification

Coursework or degree in Child Development, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
