Complete Orthopedics is actively seeking a motivated front receptionist to be part of our family. This key role will work at a doctors office with a team of surgeons. The front receptionist is expected to use critical thinking and sound clinical judgment when making recommendations for proposed service. The candidate should preferably be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Incoming candidate must be great at customer service and enjoy helping people, answering questions and scheduling appointments. We are looking for someone that will treat all patients with extreme care, comfort and respect.
Job Duties:
Greeting patients and family answering all incoming calls and inquires with an enthusiastic and welcoming energy
Assisting directors, nurses, surgeons, and families with administrative support,in all aspects of the office and surgical appointments
Help and Support the medical office as required including staff training, general office and vendor relations
Candidate must be able to speak/write English/Spanish
Serves as the first point of contact for all potential patient calls and referrals
Responds to telephone, email & faxed inquiries in a friendly and timely manner
Obtains all appropriate information necessary to complete the referral process
Documents all pertinent patient information obtained during referral process
Relays all necessary information in a concise and accurate manner
Forwards all referral information to the appropriate medical scheduling and intake procedures
Enters all patient information into the computer system
Follows up with all patients and referrers as needed
Maintains HIPPA compliance at all times
This position requires excellent interpersonal and communications skills including telephone etiquette, written, and advanced computer (Microsoft Office).

To be considered for this position, you must meet all requirements listed below:
Prior scheduling and experience in medical office highly preferable
AS or BS in Business, Management or Medical or equivalent experience
Knowledge of developmentally appropriate scheduling practices
Be reliable and punctual
Clean background check is required Minimum of 3 work references
