Customer Service Representatives – Roslyn
Full-Time | Onsite | $22.00/hr ($24.00/hr if bilingual in Spanish)

Position Overview
As a Patient Engagement Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to:
Patients who have booked an appointment but missed their initial consultation
Past patients who are due for a follow-up appointment
Text and e-mail patients regarding our re-engagement campaign
Scheduling appointments, procedures, and testing
You will handle approximately 80 outbound calls per day, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Optional: Saturday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (if available)
Key Responsibilities
Make proactive outreach calls to re-engage patients
Schedule or reschedule consultations and follow-up visits
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in our system
Provide friendly, professional, and empathetic service to every patient
Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly goals
Qualifications
Exceptional verbal communication and human relations skills
Positive personality and professional image
Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
Respect for diversity and a caring attitude towards people
