The Role: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us achieve our mission of building a supportive wellness community where individuals are empowered to learn a sustainable way to reach their health goals. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing front office operations and a genuine commitment to aiding individuals in attaining peak health.

Role Outcomes:

Creating a positive brand image and effective lead generation to ensure the education of our community in our vision, “For every individual to know that health and vitality is possible”.

Efficient day to day operations so that each member receives the care and support they need to achieve their health goals

Exceptional customer service fostering member referrals and online testimonials to promote growth of our practice.

Analyzing key performance indicators with the goal towards recognizing trends and optimizing resources

Roles and Responsibilities:

Facilitates good communication between members and team through phone, texting, and secure messaging.

Ensure all necessary materials are prepared for appointments in a timely fashion

Orders supplies and keeps track of inventory

Orders supplements for members accurately and timely

Coordinates and oversees dinner seminars and moderates all webinars

Assists with marketing and brand promotion

Assists with lead flow process such as qualifying and confirmation calls

Handles the enrollment process for new members

Prepares and analyzes key performance indicators utilizing excel spreadsheets

Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in Excel with a strong working knowledge of spreadsheet functions, formulas, and data analysis techniques.

Other softwares utilized Word, Adobe Pro, Powerpoint, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Calendly, Cerbo and Canva

Minimum requirement of two years' experience in an Administrative Assistant role.

Compensation:

Salary $1500 biweekly

Opportunity for bonuses based on business performance monthly

Time Availability:

This is a full-time, 40-hour position

Workweek is Monday through Thursday. Hours vary but typically begin between

8 - 9:30 am and end at 6 pm with 1 - 2 nights per week between 7:30 - 8:30 pm for dinner seminars or webinars.
