Innovating ideas needed to sustain and grow the business with food and wine knowledge. Responsible for FOH training, implementing standards, guest satisfaction and working with chef on menu, ordering, & all kitchen procedures. Computer literate, payroll, preparing a schedule for the staff and scheduling weekly staff meetings. Able to work all shifts with full availability.
